Before You Buy

We always start by understanding your needs. Before any purchase, we take the time to learn about your products, production speeds, bag types, space constraints, and future plans. This ensures you receive the right solution for your operation, without unnecessary extras or upselling.

Where needed, we also liaise directly with other OEMs on your behalf to help ensure a smooth, well-coordinated integration into your production line.

During Installation

We offer a smooth and supported setup. Once your machine is ready, our experienced engineers manage the installation and commissioning process. In most cases, installation, setup, and commissioning can be completed within two days.

Our engineers can visit your bakery on-site whenever needed, and we also provide extensive video support through our online Support Centre to answer common questions and guide you through machine operation.

For deeper technical knowledge, we offer engineering training either at our UK headquarters or at your own site, anywhere in the world.

During Installation

Many commonly used parts are held in stock at our UK warehouse and are available for quick delivery, with additional stock held by our local distributors worldwide.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also offer an end-of-life recycling service for machines. When equipment is no longer needed, we can arrange removal and responsible recycling, ensuring materials are recovered wherever possible and saving you time and effort.
